A blended worship service offers the beauty of our sanctuary, a wide variety of music, and a scriptural-based message that relates to our lives today.
Accessibility and Parking
We have plenty of parking spaces around the church facilities, in lots on the north and east sides of the church fellowship hall (Wesley Center), and free street parking along Webster Street.
We offer easy handicap accessibility to our sanctuary building with ramps leading up to the sidewalk from the handicap parking spaces on the northwest corner of the sanctuary to a door on the west side of the sanctuary. Handicap parking is available in the east parking lot and sidewalks lead to the south side (front) of the sanctuary. There is one step up onto a porch to get into the sanctuary front, with a ramp on the porch leading into the southwest building door.
The church fellowship hall (Wesley Center) has handicap accessibility with no step by entering through the kitchen door located on the north side. Once inside the Wesley Center, a chair lift is available for the stairway leading up to the sanctuary.
Church Nursery
The Nursery is located on the upper level of the Wesley Center, in the northwest corner. We take the safety and security of your child very seriously. Our nursery is a “stranger-free zone,” meaning only volunteers and employees who have passed background checks and families dropping off kids are allowed in the area.
Our children’s area is a “peanut and tree nut-free zone.” Please let the volunteer at check-in know if your child has any allergies we should be aware of. This information will be noted, and the adult in charge of your child’s area will be notified of this allergy.
Harrisburg First is currently looking for a part-time nursery director to staff the nursery and oversee volunteers. If this sound like good fit for you, contact Pastor Tom to set up an interview.
